Mr. Arthur Vanadore found nothing wrong with people who used a false name [FSS 493.6101(2)] from the balance of 1998 through 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and into 2005. He states so in his letter below.
The same goes for FRED SPEAKER, who allowed this FRAUD to continue each year their license was renewed.
In addition to FRAUD, we now have IDENTITY THEFT, which was known by Mr. FRED SPEAKER, who called me and stated "they just forgot to renew their papers" (like their State of Florida ANNUAL REPORTS for 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, AND THEIR INSURANCE).
